On the Kindness Podcast, I told host Nicole Phillips that Live Like Sean was not my book, but Sean’s book, and I am just the messenger. There does come a day when you don’t see the disability anymore and you can only see what your child can do. When you look at the world through their eyes instead of your own eyes, you are not disappointed. You are happy and joyful because you see the smile on his face. He doesn’t know what he can’t do, he only knows what he can do.
